The Guild website team has added a Members’ Websites forum to the Guild’s website. This is a handy location to post queries and responses to all matters of the Members’ Websites Project (MWP). You do need to be logged into the Guild’s website to have access to the forum. On the main menu, click on Forums and then select Members’ Websites Forum. The home page for the forum shows sub-forums for each of the three types of MWP: HTML, CMS and TNG sites. Note the Subscribe link in the upper-right corner. If you want to contribute and receive email notices, click on the link. You can later unsubscribe by clicking on the Unsubscribe link. If all you want is to receive automated emails of postings, then follow the instructions in the Automatic Forum Notifications box. The sub-forums also have Subscribe links, so you may need to select those topics of interest separately.
The forum main page has a list of topics, shown in a box with four columns: Forum, Topics, Posts and Freshness. The Topics column shows whether anyone has opened up any subtopics below the main topic and the Posts is a count of postings to that topic of interest. The Freshness column shows the latest activity and person who did the posting.
